How to justify second marriage?

Justification? For Love?

If you are widowed or divorced, you need no justification. It is not easy in this day and age to find someone to spend your life with so if you find someone that you love and who loves you, even if you have been married before, then go for it!

If you need reasons, then maybe you should rethink getting married again or maybe you are just afraid that one marriage that didn't last will result in another one that doesn't last. Then again, maybe you are not as ready as you might think to move on. Let me tell you something. I have been married twice and divorced twice. Then I was engaged to married a third time, but it didn't work out. I should be gun-shy in the love department by now, but I'm not. I know that there is a love awaiting me that will stand the tests of time, and I am not going to let it pass me by because of a few failed attempts.

If you're widowed, look at it this way: You were blessed to have found someone to share your life with the first time, but fate took that away. Now you have found ( or are looking for) a second chance at the happiness that eluded you before. It is hard to find love the first go around, and if you are fortunate enough to find it again, don't look for reasons to let it go. Instead, look for reasons to hold on to it. Think about all the good things that can come from having a spouse that loves you and wants to share his/her life with you, Think about all the love that can generate from two souls sharing one heart.

That's all there is to say.

As I say at the end of every blog, I am not a licensed professional. I am just a person who believes in the power of love and the idea that no one HAS to spend their life alone.

Tootles!!
